A Food Handler's Certification must be submitted with the application and your employees Food Manager's Certification, within 30 days of submission of your application. Click here for a list of Approved Accredited Organizations:
If you are the owner and sole operator, you will only need a food manager's certification. If you hire someone to assist you, your employee will need to possess a food handler's certification.
A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate is required for the owner or an employee of a food facility that prepares, handles, or serves non-prepackaged, potentially hazardous food.

To apply for a waiver of the $597 initial inspection and application review fees, be sure to make the election on the permit application. This waiver is only available for a limited time to the first 1,000 applicants.
